Of course....... Juan de la Cruz has always relied on Uncle Sam since after the time of Spain. That relation has somewhat have a mentality on us as Filipinos. We believe and what is taught to us ever since that the U.S is the best place to go. That is reality but I do think it's starts to wane since the start of the crisis. But still........ I wanna experience America.
