The UEFA European Football Championship, better known simply as Euro, is the continental championship for European men's national soccer teams. Contested every 4 years by 24 teams, this year's edition will be hosted by Germany. Italy is the defending champion, after defeating England in penalties in the COVID-postponed 2020 edition. The winner will play the champion of Copa América 2024 in the CONMEBOL-UEFA Cup of Champions next year.

This is considered the flagship summer soccer contest for the 2023-24 Legion Cup. As such, it is a double-points contest, and the winner will receive 3 slot-equivalents.

The 24 teams will be divided into 6 groups of 4 teams each. The top-2 teams in each group, plus the 4 best third-placed teams, will advance to the round of 16. It then proceeds as a usual knockout tournament. Given the mess with the point structure from the last similar tournament (the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup), I've settled on a 1-1-2-4-6 point allocation per round.

Here are the groups for the group stage. You will pick the top-2 teams and the 4 best third-place teams for 1 point each. You will earn a point if your pick advances, regardless of the team's placement (i.e. a third-place pick would still earn a point if they finish in the top 2 in the group, and a top-2 pick would still earn a point if they advance as a third-place team).
