Proposed Legion Cup format

I know I've been talking for the past year or so about doing an overall meta-contest called the Legion Cup. I think I finally have the format situated. Let me know your thoughts.

All contests will contribute to an overall tally, as well as one of three sub-cups (North American Cup, Global Cup, and Football/Soccer Cup), depending on their sport and where they are played. The contribution to the overall tally is as follows:

1. 10 points
2. 7 points
3. 5 points
4. 3 points
5. 1 point

The contributions to the sub-cup tallies are as follows:

1. 5 points
2. 3 points
3. 1 point

Point values for both will be automatically doubled if the number of participants reaches at least 10, or if the prize is more than 2 aid slots.

The UEFA combined contests will not contribute points, as that would be somewhat redundant.

In Olympic years, the Olympic mega-contest will be its own sub-cup.

The winners of the overall Legion Cup and each sub-cup will win a to-be-determined amount of free aid (the overall winner will likely win at least 6 slots, to give you a rough idea). The Legion Cup winner will also receive a to-be-designed medal.

The format will be adopted with one change. I'm adding a one-point bonus for the person who makes the most correct picks, regardless of pick point value.
