Pizza Ideas Thread
So, my fiancée made a mistake in making sticky rice today and used apple vinegar instead of rice vinegar. Or maybe she did use rice vinegar, either way too much. While eating it happily and her crying that I enjoy her failures more than her successes it brought me back to army memories and I came up with a new idea for a pizza that I'm going to try next time.
Coffee grounds mixed with rice as a pizza topping. boom I'll be trying it in two weeks or so with my pizza making friend. It should taste as good as I think it will and I'll post pics when it happens. What other ideas you got for me to try?

Ingredients: 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust 2/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing 1/2 pound sliced deli corned beef, cut into strips 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese Preheat oven to 400°F. Place crust on an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread with salad dressing. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes.

The Brits have a weird topping. While on a work trip in the UK we had pizza ordered for us and one of them had tuna and sweet corn as a topping.
