That's a good way to make nice side money. My wife and I flip things from time to time. Last year we sold our old car for 600 more then we put into it. Not a lot at once but it adds up.

I flip phones mostly (see what I did thar), and I figured out that my levered RoI is something ridiculous, like 166%. lol it's so easy once you learn the market. It gives me fun money in school.
