An indecent proposal

This just happened in my home country of Clotvania.

One of our government leaders suggested that instead of building a wall around Clotvania, we should line it with landfills. Some people who hate our neighbors actually liked the idea. We'll let you know if anything comes of it.

I am seriously wondering what to do. Of course it would help if half of my cabinet didn't have Aspergers' syndrome...
