2021–22 New Year's Six Bowls (College Football)
The New Year's Six, sometimes abbreviated as NY6, is an unofficial but commonly used term used to describe NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) bowl games: the Rose Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl, Cotton Bowl, Peach Bowl, and Fiesta Bowl. These games are played annually on or around New Year's Day and represent six of the ten oldest bowl games currently played at the FBS level.
This year's National Championship playoffs take place as follows: December 31st - 3:30pm EST - Cotton Bowl - Cincinnati vs Alabama December 31st - 7:30pm EST - Orange Bowl - Georgia vs Michigan The other bowl games in the NY6 take place on January 1, 2022. They are as follows: 1:00pm EST - Fiesta Bowl - Oklahoma State vs Notre Dame 1:00pm EST - Citrus Bowl - Iowa vs Kentucky 5:00pm EST - Rose Bowl - Ohio State vs Utah 8:45pm EST - Sugar Bowl - Baylor vs Ole Miss (Mississippi) The first round of this contest consists of picking the winners of the above games. You will earn points as follows: 2 points for each correct prediction of the National Championship playoff games. 1 point for each correct prediction in each of the remaining 4 bowl games. Your predictions for these games are due before 3:30pm EST on Friday, December 31st. The second round will consist of picking the winner of the National Championship. You will win 4 points for correctly predicting the winner. Your prediction for this game will be due before 8pm EST on January 10th, 2022. The winner of the contest is the nation ruler with the most points at the end of the playoffs. The winner will receive his choice of 200 tech or 12 million (18 million) cash or 10 million in cash in PnW. My choices for the first round are: Alabama Georgia Notre Dame Kentucky Ohio State Ole Miss Good luck to all and best wishes for a Happy New Year!

Re: 2021-22 College Football Playoffs Contest
National Championship Playoff Results;
Alabama defeats Cincinnati by a score of 27-6 Georgia defeats Michigan by a score of 34-11 Alabama and Georgia will play for the National Championship on January 10th. Current standings:
Predictions for today's games:
Happy5214 is correct that I should have entered the Peach Bowl instead of the Citrus Bowl as part of the contest. However, as all contestants have entered a pick for the Citrus Bowl, that game will be part of the contest (After all, isn't a peach a citrus?).

Re: 2021-22 College Football Playoffs Contest
New Year's Day Bowl Results:
Oklahoma State over Notre Dame 37-35 Kentucky over Iowa 20-17 Ohio State over Utah 48-45 Baylor over Ole Miss 21-7 Current Standings:
The National Championship game is on Monday, January 10th at 8pm EST. Please make your choice by game time. The winning prediction is worth 4 points. As every participant has a different score, there is no need for a tiebreaker. Good luck to all.

Re: 2021-22 College Football Playoffs Contest
Ah, this will make things difficult.
Happy and you just want opposite answers as one of you will be right and the winner, it means the rest of us have no stake.
