Yes i have, its actually very tasty yes, its like roasted ham, and it actually has a nice smell to it when cooked.

P.S no i did not cook, or killed the gators, i bought it from a Chinese business, back in Caracas, when Chavez was not around

Good to hear. I think there's a store somewhere here in Madison that sells frozen gator meat. Now to figure out what to cook with it....
