Oh my god I'm sorry dude. Yeah in those kind of accidents you'll actually get sore, like you lifted weights or something- it's a strange feeling, to say the least.

Thank GOD you were wearing a helmet though, I always tell everyone to do it. Helmets may be crap but that's the point- if it was steel, it wouldn't get destroyed on impact, therefore NOT absorbing the damage and then the helmet going in and destroying your head (I.E. the helmet would kill you unless it gets destroyed on impact).


Luckily he hit you from behind so he's got to pay for it- woot for that in Texas, right?

I wouldn't worry about being active in the league either, you need to rest up, health comes first!
