The States Who Legalized Weed

Now that Washington State and Colorado legalized weed for rec use and probably other states going to follow suit on this, how does everyone feel about this?

Weed is still a federal offense, meaning that these measures basically do nothing because federal regulations trump that of any given state.

probably not. Sure people may use it more openly now assuming that cops don't enforce federal law, but nobody is going to be stupid enough to be selling it more openly than they are right now. Going to federal prison for selling drugs isn't something people are going to risk.

It is still illegal regardless what the states say. DEA can come in and bust you and not give a flying fuck.

But that all depends on how the local law enforcement respond; you have to be caught first.

But now that you can grow your own, selling is not going to matter that much. Because homegrown weed is the best weed, if you get the good stuff and know what you're doing.
