Hello, I am Master Plo Koon, of Tattooine Prime, representing the remnants of the alliance FINAL. I stand as acting president of FINAL. While in size, we are but a mere shadow of what we once were, we are no a visionary alliance that hopes to grow through building friendships, not through the silent isolationism of our past government. I was referred here by your member Ocallee, who is a former, very respected, member of FINAL, as well as a personal friend of mine. I formally request a diplomatic mask and look forward to making friends with your member nations and leaders. An embassy is not necessarry at this time due to our ongoing governmental changes.
