Tennessee @ Kansas City: I don't trust either of these teams right now, but I'll give the edge to the Arrowhead Stadium crowd. Chiefs advance.

Atlanta @ Los Angeles (N): I think this will be the best game of the opening weekend. It's a classic experience (Falcons) versus fresh blood (Rams) match-up. The Coliseum is not a good home field. It's going to be a game with a lot of running. I'll give the slight edge to the Falcons, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see this go the other way.

Buffalo @ Jacksonville: Until now, the Bills hadn't played a playoff game since the Music City Miracle. I watched the end of that game for the first time (I was 4 when it was played.), and I was stunned by the ancient graphics package on ABC. Coming back to this week's game, Jacksonville has a strong defense, while the Bills have a quarterback (sort of) and a running back (who is injured). I'll take the Jags in this one, setting up a Week 1 rematch between KC and the Patriots.

Carolina @ New Orleans: The Saints swept the Panthers in the regular season, and I think nothing changes. Who Dat Nation will move on.

Tennessee over Kansas City 22-21 (Titans score the last 19 points and shut out the Chiefs in the 2nd half).

Atlanta over Los Angeles 26-13 (Falcons take advantage of Rams special teams to take early lead and hold on).

Jacksonville over Buffalo 10-3 (Jaguars have just enough offense in an ugly game where their QB had more yards rushing than passing).
