Need Ideas for a...oh just read it.

Hello there. I'll just be blunt, I'm a member of Yisrael Beiteinu. I picked it mostly because of the high-potential to get a foot-hold in the door of being a future politician. Now, I'm part of their get people to vote for them department. Despite the fact the party isn't that nationalistic or far-right as the media portrays it, it's how it's viewed. Now, I need ideas for attracting English Speakers to want this party.

I'll sum up some of the more major policies.

1. Two state solution, but not the '67 lines, rather an exchange of land where Arabs would go to the newly formed State of Palestine, and we keep whatever settlements are made.
2. Loyalty, or no Citizenship. Any Arabs still in it must swear loyalty to the country, or else. Else is being kicked out to Palestine or who cares where.
3. Both Arabs and Religious must do some form of national service, no exception.
4. The Religious and Arabs must find some fucking work other than doing nothing but collect welfare.
5. Transport on friday/saturday/holidays and the right to sell pig without major taxes or religious limitations.
6. Hardline foreign policy, you attack us, we will fuck your shit up and badly, no diplomacy, we're tired of your excuses.


I'll answer more questions about them if you like, but I'm looking more for ideas to get people to look at this fuzzy. If it wasn't for the religious, this party would actually be more popular for obvious reasons. Although yes, they're very aggressive. So, what event ideas to suggest to attract voters?

Other than the whole Palestine thing and other foreign affairs issues, what are some of the domestic issues that Israel faces? I know in America we have major issues with failing schools, pension reform, and reigning in public sector unions, as well as failing infrastructure.

Do you guys have those issues, or issues like them, and where does your party stand on them? I just don't know enough about Israel's domestic scene to make informed suggestions.


Although, on your point 5, you might want to add, "the right to NOT sell pork or do the other things you mentioned" In America, increasingly non muslim religious concerns are swept aside for political correctness and other nonsense. If you want to gain support, it's fairly important to make sure you aren't anti-religious.

The right to not sell pork is enforced. They're trying to permit the right for stores to sell pork if they want to.
and anti-religious err...anti-religious is pretty supportive among all the secular who want complete separation of religion and state.

as for economics, a sort of liberal socialism. Grant welfare it is properly needed, to hard-working people who are out of work with clothes, shelter, whatever but let the market do its magic at the same time.

I could be more specific, but most Israelis just care about the social and war policies more than economic. No matter what we're going to be socialist, it's just how religious will his country be.

It's not my party. As for alienating Arabs, they did it themselves. While there are plenty who just want peace and to live in a normal country, there were also plenty who would snitch, and basically act a sort of 5th column. Israelis want peace, but are also tired of their "we're the victims" attitude every time they do anything that makes the situation worse. They act as a psycho-ex.

If you mean any Israeli has to swear loyalty to Palestine, then there's nothing to worry about, the Arabs have been kicking them out since the 60s, as well as any political opponents in general, because well..."we're the victims".

so no, no two-way street, and we're talking about the Israeli side, we don't really care if the Arab governments decide to kill their own citizens, we're used to that from them.


Anyways, did anyone read what I posted, or are you guys just treating this like a political ask me anything? This is not my party. This is already a well-established party in real life, 3rd biggest, and I was asking for your thoughts on fun-events to attract people in general. Their policies are a heck a lot of better than others in terms of social benefits for everyone, and are a lot less racist than others who want to placate the Arabs just to make the international community happy in place of say...the residents who live here. Like me. Who want to live safely perhaps.

Oh screw it, I'll think up stuff myself. Hmmm...if I was a new immigrant again, what the heck would I want to hear that would make me vote them...

I guess focusing on the transport for the youth, and fair social welfarism.

Now to think for the parents...
