What processed food do you have very occasionally?

minced meat sauce and potatoes, traditional stuff very common, good stuff
i eat all kinds of foods. everything goes except blue cheese and pig meat. cheese tastes bad and my ibd doesn't like pig. fish fingers and french fries are decent too if tired. i don't usually eat those already made foods which stores sell i don't know what they are called, i make my own food. only exception is liver casserole, delicious stuff

I'm not a picky eater either. I don't mind including anything in my meals except for dairy and eggs. All my meals are homemade and include rice as an ingredient. Once or twice in a month, we buy certain curries and dishes from outside. I steer clear of all processed food, excluding chocolates. Just chocolates. I'm about to sound stupid again. Despite my allergies, milk chocolates are my favorite. Surprisingly, though, they don't flare up my allergies like a regular glass of milk would. That doesn't mean that I'm always having chocolates, just occasionally.
