The new mobo and CPU didn't come yet. I found the issue though for anyone wondering, about 50 bent pins on the CPU...

When the RAM stopped working I took off the HSF and forgot the CPU was pasted to the bottom of it...

Fail.... the good news is alot of CPU's are coming pinless so you dont have that issue more often

They have conductive edges that make contact with the board. Search 'pinless cpu' on google.... they have a ton of picks available. I have a intel p4 Chip that is pinless. Pinless cpu's have been out for a while... that being said, its probably alot harder to use that for multi-core cpus than it is a single core like im running.
