The LSA Champions League

The LSA Champions League (renamed now to "Legion Championship"), which is the Legion's Domestic Football Competition for Club Teams, is pleased to invite the greatest, fastest, strongest, most skilful, and the best and brightest of YOUR nations club football teams to play in the LSA Champions League.

This season, will feature two levels of divisional play (if there are more than 16 entrants), with the two levels being the Praefectus League (lower) with the top two teams being promoted into the Legion Championship, where teams battle for the Legionnaire's Trophy.

Also up for grabs, if there is suitable time and entrants, there will be two cups up for contention. These are the Senator's Cup (a home-and-away elimination tournament) and the Legion Super Cup (a single-elimination tournament held at the Arcadian Stadium with a random draw).

The Legion Championship is a competitive league based on the Xperteleven site (www.xperteleven.com), and is COMPLETELY FREE. It is easy and quick to learn how to compete with many guides on the actual site and around elsewhere too. There is no prerequisite needed to become competitive, all you do is you log in, manage a team in the training, roster, tactics and forming for each match.

All you need to do is sign up on www.xperteleven.com, and sign up to the LSA Champions League, with the League ID: 180149, then you will be accepted to play friendlies and other things too.

Of course, you also battle against other players and can watch as the match plays out of the pitch and see how they compete on the Legion's Domestic Stage.

It is open to ALL people registered on www.avelegio.net, as the only requirement is to have a registered recognisable account here. Join the Championship, and get ready for a helluva season!

Matchdays are Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am, GMT +1, although you can set up your team before then.

Exactly, we actually have 11 nations now playing (well 10 but FUstarKU said he's signing up).

We have Midas, and Halicore from NpO - so it is somewhat international and I told Halicore to recruit his/her friends =)

If you actually try, you can actually improve your position greatly. Penguin Man didn't try, got a few first success and now has stagnated...

Well, hopefully this season will be much better - but with 10 teams so far, we are looking at 18 matchdays, and that means... 18 weeks of competition, from January to about May.
