Bogans are pretty ignorant. I was on the train once and this random bogan high school chick decides to start changing clothes. That's ignorant of the unwritten code of... changing clothes.

Other parts of Australia aren't. Like those in universities usually - you find educated people aren't ignorant usually.

I deduce this from their invention of "goon bags" and their lack of a generally socially appropriate time of day to start consuming alcoholic beverages.
