Hello Paullyt43,
I am a bit busy to be your mentor so I hope someone else will offer to be once your application is accepted. I am to give you a bit of advice at this time though. Game-wise, your nation seems off to a very good start. You've got the right improvements, the right military, etc. There is just one bad thing I could spot: it would seem that you didn't choose the highest possible tax rate. That might be counterintuitive, but the game is designed in such a way that you will gain the most benefit if you collect the highest possible tax. It will tell you that your citizens are angry, but there is no actual negative consequence to that. When your application will have been accepted, which should take a few hours, you will have access to the "Legion Introductions" forum, among others. Make sure to introduce yourselve there, and you will receive instructions about how to receive your entrance aid, how to trade technology for money, and how to get trade partners. I'll see you in the forum when you will be a Legionnaire!

Paully; you might want to try to get slightly higher CPS, at least definitely when paying bills, try messing around with some of the "my government's position" options that affect CPS.
