Default Went Golfing Today
So I went golfing today. The weather was sunny, a little wind, and was very pleasant outside. However, it did become a little warm outside; luckily the beverage lady was out providing cold ones

Overall, I played inconsistently as usual except for one hole, but this isn't expected anyway as I don't fancy myself a good player anyway. It was a 534 yard par 5. I teed off with great precision and accuracy as I drove the ball ~280 yards to a bottle neck sandwiched in between a pond and trees. I then pulled out my 5 iron, as I really had no idea how far away I was, other than far. I ripped one short of the green about 70-80 yards away from the green. For my third hit, i chose the sand wedge and placed the ball about 12 feet from the pin despite the crosswind. I finished with a put with a big break and it found itself in the bottom of the cup!

Not a bad day, especially with the celebratory beers that followed.

Who else golfs around here?

Yea, I'm trying to go more. But, my problem is I want to mush the ball every time. If I don't drive 320+ I'm not doing it right. If I would just calmly play I would be able to drop my score 15 strokes I bet haha

I used to play but I haven't picked up a club in almost 10 years. Foot problems, lack of cash and starting a family are the main culprits.

I usually try to get out once every two weeks and play. Im not very good, but its fun and a group of me and my buddies get drunk afterwards.
