Exclamation 2023 NBA Playoffs Contest
This contest will run through the playoffs and include the Finals.

You will make predictions for one round at a time.

You will earn points as follows:

1 point for each correct prediction in the first two rounds.
2 points for each correct prediction in the Conference Championship round.
4 points for predicting the winner of the Finals.

The winner of the contest is the nation ruler with the most points at the end of the playoffs. The winner will receive his choice of 200 tech or 12 million (18 million) cash.

The first round has the following matchups:

Brooklyn vs Philadelphia
Atlanta vs Boston
New York vs Cleveland
Golden State vs Sacramento
LA Lakers vs Memphis
LA Clippers vs Phoenix
Milwaukee vs Play-in Team (Eastern Conference) - Miami
Denver vs Play-in Team (Western Conference) - Minnesota

Your predictions are due before the first game starts on Saturday April 15th.

Note: The Play-in tournament is not part of the contest. Four teams from each Conference participate in this tournament with 2 of the teams from each Conference advancing.

The teams advancing will be posted at the end of the tournament (which ends Friday), but you may submit your predictions by choosing "Play-In Team" as the winner of the first round in any of the matchups. For example, you may choose Play-In Team (Western Conference) instead of Denver.
