There goes our enemy's meat shields. So can we expect any further attacks? I'm assuming NPO already has their hands tied up.

Strange as it may seem, no.
As of now, 239 active nations, 204 in war mode, only 89 in anarchy. Not too many with 3 wars, but you have to get into the middle of their ranks to find their "non-hippy" active targets.
