Do you use the welcome letter or make personal messages for all your mentors AK? With the amount of recruits you claim it must take you a while to tell them all about the exam and stuff.

AK you don't need to grab them all yourself, I'd rather you mentor a few people really well then mentor dozens only a little, I only just sent that message out so when more mentors come online tye should pick up the slack

Start a check-in for B4, and then set them into squads. Now, for squads, we have 10k to 20k NS - people can attack those 25% lower in NS and 33% higher - take the lower number, 25%. So set them in 25% blocks, so:

Platoon 1 - 10000 + 25% = 10000 to 12500 NS
Platoon 2 - 12500 + 25% = 12500 to 15825 NS (just make this 16000 I say)
Platoon 3 - 15825 + 25% = 15825 to 19781 NS (16k to 20k, for ease)

That's how I'd do it - and my recommendation to you too. Any questions, just ask.
