Not much, but a lot considering the time frame. I think I closed with a mile and a half pretty easily with jump rope mixed in.

Forgot to tell you, but I ended up losing 9.5 pounds. 1.5 inches on my waist off, .75 off each arm and leg. 1.5" off my butt and chest.
