It totally is marketing, but if anyone asks there is a little-known aid program that has been quietly in place for a number of months where if you get a job within a few weeks of joining and hold that position for a month and serve well, you get a nine million bonus. No one applies for it though and I don't even know if the current econ staff know about it so just don't mention it to anyone >.>
