Recruits that apply to the Legion are usually "processed" by Mentoring. iirc people have to apply for a trade circle before they Mentors will update their status to full members, but I'm not sure about that. Lara is the director of that, but she's on LOA right now..I'll ask her when she's back.

Being both a trademaster and DoR, you think you could handle getting all the new members ya'll bring in to check out the trade forums; shoot me a PM and join a circle as part of their joining? I think joining a trade circle is already a required part of entrance aid, but if they know it's as straightforward as just shooting whoever the DoT is a PM, and then doing what he tells you once and your done, I think it'll help a bit.
