LOL. Honestly, I have no idea. I just know that one day I realized I was missing my ribbons (I'm typically quiet on the forums) and someone hooked me up, back to my first war while being in the legion. When that happened, I somehow got tagged with 2 of them. I thought it was neat too, so I never asked to have it fixed.
