Vanik i thought the tech corps was meant to be used for the ETD's? You can use buyers to get 3mil but if you want 3mil and 50 tech you don't want buyers you want sellers. You'll want to find people who have like 4-5k infra but are still on 0 tech who can afford to buy tech on their own nations without getting 3mil first. At least that's preferable to buyers sending tech out.
