It's a very warned about feature, said to be a potential ruiner of leagues.
For us, I'm not sure what the consequences would be. I know that in some form or fashion it brings teams to the average. So if your team gets boosted your players maybe get replaced, or just get better, moving to the average. Downside: if they just make players better, we could potentially get a 16 y/o 5 skill player or something crazy worth 100's of millions (doubtful). Upside: it replaces players and we get more competitive/fun. I don't know how it works, but I'm willing to try it out. ---------- In fact, I'll try it on totes. ---------- No luck, we can only use the feature in the offseason. The only quote it provides is "Using this feature will boost the teams skill to the average in the lowest Leage". What this means is something like this: Team A - 8 skill Team B - 6 skill Team C - 4 skill Team D - 4 skill Boost C - +2 skill; 5.5 skill New average moves from 5.5 to 5.75 So that's a poor example, but what I'm trying to illustrate is that the last person to be boosted receives a higher proportionate boost, potentially extra skill points as a result. To solve this, I say that the newer members are playing for boost order. If you finish highest of the newbs, you get boosted last. Competitive bonus.
