The Air Car
An alternative fuel vehicle may be much closer than previously thought, but the information hasn't been widespread by the media. Here's a look at a new car that runs off of compressed air & an 8 gallon tank of gas. On 8 gallons of fuel, the vehicle could see mileage between 800 to 1000 miles and reach speeds of 100 miles per hour. The downsides? The vehicle isn't anything like an SUV or an "American" car but perhaps the outside appearance will be ignored in favor of greater fuel efficiency. The other downside? Current factories only have building capacity for 10,000 vehicles a year but more are being built to meet expected demands.

I'm expecting them to be expensive as hell though.

Re: The Air Car
Too bad it's as ugly as hell. The moment a starting bonus lands in my checking account (when I get a job after my final year of college) I'm going out and buying a convertible.
