The problem that I have been noticing when playing with CN people is that they make too many alliances. It's common for a player to have share map with 3 or 4 other players. This means less targets to attack, which results in longer games.

As they have demonstrated, They can all backstab each other any time they feel ready. They won't though. Their plan is to allow OE to wipe out Morocco unchallenged, then end the game artificially (without anyone reaching 1,000 points) since only 3 players will be left.

Then I owe you and Hasc an apology: I didn't know that was a game end condition. Had I known, it is possible I would have chosen a different strategy.

In any case, that game lasted much too long and it would have ended badly for me and my eventual allies because I had to get away this week.
