So that debate of destiny and/or doom tonight
Is this gonna be a shitshow of the greatest proportions? Is the health damage from aggravation too much to even bother watching? Should this be enjoyed while hammered?
And finally, is this thing close or not? It seems just a few weeks ago it everyone was saying Trump had no chance in hell and now I hear the thing is tied?

Last month those same talking heads assured you Clinton was in perfect health, even when it was quite clear she has been very ill for quite some time. She'll be lucky if she manages to stand for the whole 90 minutes without assistance. If Clinton has any kind of health issue tonight, the election is over. It's going to be a Kennedy v. Nixon, except that nobody thought Nixon was going to keel over and die during the car ride home.
Not to say the election isn't over anyway. That alone predicts an election day blowout, since high-energy people make an effort to vote, and resigned voters stay home. ---------- I, however, am not going to watch because Clinton's cough or fall is the only thing anyone cares about and it would be rude to cheer and disappointing if it doesn't happen.

I expect it will be a spectacle.
Trump behaves like a loose cannon and a bigot. He fuels conflicts in the US and abroad. I'm shocked that he is the candidate of the Republican party. I guess people will vote for him because he's different from the regular politicians and they want to have a change. I have no doubt he will deliver in that respect. He is going to make the mother of all clusterfucks.

I'm not voting for either of those evil, evil people. I made up my mind a long time ago to just vote downballot. However, I will watch because it is the political equivalent of NASCAR. I expect it to be boring and scripted until it all blows up.

Wow quality entertainment. I watched it with some US expats in Oaxaca, Mexico. Can confirm giggles were had every time Trump mentioned Mexico.
I thought he'd put up more of a fight but Clinton schooled him, especially in regards to his history of racism and starting, building his political career on the birther lie. On the plus side for trump, he was less orange than I remember him.
