How about no? Portugal and France both gave Spain 12 points despite the fact that the Spanish song was absolutely dreadful, which can easily be seen by the fact that no other countries gave them more than a 5 and they only received 50 points total.

Austria got a 12 from Germany despite having a song that belongs no where except a bad Disney movie.

Cyprus gave 12 to Greece.

Yeah a lot of neighbours do that, but you wont see germany giving 12 points to france or vice versa. Its generally those that speak similar languages or have a significant amount of immigrants/citizens of a country that can influence the vote.

And yeah like i said before I dont think the german song was halfway as bad as it was last year.

Hehe I actually suggested that we drink every time they played bad music. But we ended up just drinking every time they said Düsseldorf and then when they got to the point giving part of the show, we each picked a country and drank each time that country was given points
