To be honest, I'm not sure about the answer to that question due to the fact that I'm not a girl and I don't think about white American men.

But to make some observations, Chinese girls will NOT actively seek you out, it's up to you to hit on them, and they'll maybe agree to go out with you, the maybe is an estimated 20% chance of success.
