  • Aston Villa defeats Ajax, 4-0
  • Club Brugge defeats Molde, 4-2
  • Fenerbahçe defeats Union Saint-Gilloise, 3-1
  • PAOK defeats Dinamo Zagreb, 5-3
  • Lille defeats Sturm Graz, 4-1
  • Fiorentina defeats Maccabi Haifa, 5-4
  • Olympiacos defeats Maccabi Tel Aviv, 7-5 (after extra time)

The quarterfinals finished last Thursday. This was the only one of the three UEFA contests where the quarterfinals yielded good results for a lot of people. Here are the match results:
  • Club Brugge defeats PAOK, 3-0
  • Olympiacos and Fenerbahçe draw, 3-3 (Olympiacos advances on penalty kicks, 3-2)
  • Aston Villa and Lille draw, 3-3 (Aston Villa advances on penalty kicks, 4-3)
  • Fiorentina defeats Vikoria Plzeň, 2-0 (a.e.t)
