the people pushing this bill seemed to have missed the part where pirating is already illegal. The reason it still goes on is because we can't catch the people doing it.


This is little more than a flagrant ploy to give the government and big corporations the right to censor internet content they don't like.

I would hope it doesn't. Based on your discussion, I'm assuming that you are talking about SOPA; I'm in class right now and can't watch the video. . Anyway, I could see this passing, but it would be taken to the supreme court immediately where I would assume the justices have a bit more sense about themselves, who knows.

Yes, SOPA. When it first started popping up on random websites I went to I gave it no thought, just some random new thing that wasn't a problem, but now I am seeing it more and more and it is starting to have me worried a bit. I don't know.. Maybe it will be passed but will be challenged and dropped but who knows..
