Really great to hear from you all! I couldn’t believe when I logged on and saw the 14th anniversary thread, has it really been that long since we all first started!

I’m doing pretty well thanks. I’m 31 these days (makes me feel very old!) and work as a doctor so have obviously been pretty busy with the whole pandemic thing. But thought about you all and couldn't resist popping by and saying hello.

I’ve obviously missed a lot so would be grateful if someone could bring me up to speed in regards to what CN is like these days? Is it still fairly active?

Even longer if you came from the original Football club forum, which no active Legionnaire is from anymore.


As a 34 year old, I am hurt by your comment, and if Iron Wolf was here who is like 50 I think, he'd laugh at both of us.

As for CN, the game is dying a slow death. Valhalla died from inactivity. NSO suicided against us as a last hurrah apparently, and nearly every top alliance you've known is dying or dead.

The amount of active alliances can be fit one Chernobyl hand.

Haha, I guess that puts things in perspective! Ironwolf must have been so irritated as a 30 something putting up with my 15 year old ass when we first started.

I am amazed that CN has lasted this long to be honest; I think it’s a testament to the community that it has. It’s a shame that admin didn’t evolve the game to keep pace with the times. Has the Legion community branched off in to any other games or communities since I left?
