Btw if the poll's creator had made a distinction between Christian and Catholic, Atheist would probably be leading in first place right now!

Atheist is too broad a definition. I am explicit atheist against say Zeus. There are also degrees of weak atheism and stuff that blur the lines a bit. Atheist can mean anything from I think there is nothing at all, to I think there are things we confuse with gods etc etc...

I dont understand why Agnostic is on this poll... as it is more of a qualifier for a religion rather than a religion itself.

Well, if you're Catholic, you're still Christian. Had the distinction been made between Protestant and Catholic, then yeah, Atheism would be leading. (BTW, yay Atheism. Tis what I am. )
