Was just reading your post, if you fill in an application form and put that you had been a member for ages but never registered on the forums it would speed things up. You wouldn't need to stay active on the forums as much as others but if you wanted all the guides and help we offer would be open to you so your nation can grow very fast. Also if you didn't see there is a huge war that most of CN is involved in so things might be slow as a result.
