Yeah, there were a lot of people on both sides that didn't like that peace. Did you ever hear the the reason it happened?

Basically, Karma was pissed at how well we were doing and was dogpiling us with whatever they could spare. Invicta managed to rally up quite the bit of OWF support in the process, despite the 7 declarations against them, with more on the way (though most of our slots were full, except in the low ranks ).

NPO urged us not to waste any more effort in their defense, as it was a lost cause and they'd be rolled to the ground no matter what we did. So, Jor authorized Haf to seek white peace terms, with the withdrawal of Orion/TCB/TAB from the conflict. He then went to sleep, believing that there'd be no way we're get off that light, and that he'd deal with it further in the morning when he woke up. However, he'd underestimated how badly Karma wanted us out, and they gladly and swiftly accepted. We couldn't leave NX behind though, so Karma also granted them peace, again, quite eager to get Invicta out of the spotlight.

Basically, NX just fell victim to the workings of global politics at the time.

Oh, heh heh, I remember NX, fought together in Karma. Dan's Invicta's MoFA now, by the way.
