Yeah if we have no recruits there's no one to give mentors to, but don't forget about it during the war, you should be planning so when we do start you'll be ready

Before I forget your top priority should be finding a Deputy Head Mentor as you will find it's a very hard job to do solo. Let me know once someone has agreed. Also if you need any admin access in the collegium let me know.

Also if you want you can skip all the recruits that've joined up till now and just focus on the ones who join from now on. Though you might want to create a thread so that any of the people who've been missed can ask for a Mentor if they want.
