Waiting for approval from Arb, haven't gotten a PM back from Arb yet. Once I do, i'll make the announcement. Funny you mention that, I sent Vanik a PM earlier saying he would only recruit existing nations.

Yes, there very well could be.. However, im not sure of a way around it. People will go as far back as they want, as well as sending msgs to nations that are just collecting.. In no particular order. Unless we implement a system where we have a start/end for last collection nations.. And ensuring we only go backwards, not msging any nations that collected since you started sending msgs.

I'd say fuck it. If they get pissed about all the msgs, they can just block you.

PS - If you ever spot a nation thats 30k+, offer them 200 free tech for joining.. If they fill out an app let me or Arbiter know right away.
