I know and already did that thanks though. I was told he already applied but he must consider registering on the forums as applying. He's about as sharp as a basket ball so its possible.

You can just search his nation name, if he applied it will come up. Also even if friend they still have to pass all the checks, no wars etc.

No I have been checking through the forum though. I didnt click anything though... Trying to find a particular N00b who supposedly sent an application...
