Woman stuck on toilet for two years

Never underestimate the power of the mind to really f*ck your perception over. ;) I'm pretty confident that if I'd been in a similar situation, I would have called for some medical help a long time before I let my wife/girlfriend's butt get grafted to a toilet seat. What's really frightening about this, is that this has been posted in the sub-forum... The Real World. Ya just can't make stuff like this up!

First off, she wasn't on the toilet for two years. She was in the bathroom for two years. Because she had a phobia of leaving the bathroom due to severe abuse she suffered as a child. The Doctors that threated her even said she was only on the toilet for around a month.

I never heard this part of the story, though that's a lot less crazy than sitting on the can for two years. Still, you'd think the boyfriend would have asked someone to help with that.

I once stood in an elavator for about 5 minutes becoming more and more agitated that i hadn't reached the floor i wanted. realised that i was so tired (i had worked the day before, went out all night, worked the next day) that i had come home, hopped into the elevator and hadn't pressed the button for my floor. :facepalm:

Once I was in an elevator that stopped. It was pretty terrifying. I actually called my roommate, who I almost never talked to, much less called, and was like "dude, go to the front desk, I'm stuck in an elevator.

Eventually it went down to the basement on its and I got off. I don't think I rode it again for like a week.

I was once stuck in a bathroom for about 6 hours, but I cant really remember the exact timeframe because I passed out. I think this was when I first indulged in the thing they so innocently call "goon" in australia.
