LEGION AND ODN
The Soylent ORRPLE is Made of People Pact

Preamble:
As sovereign alliances bound by common purpose and friendship, the Legion and the Orange Defense Network, along with their respective member nations, do hereby proclaim that they shall be as one in time of need or surplus, separate and yet joined for the benefit of all.

Article I:
Both alliances recognize their existing ties in the form of the Citrus/Concord Decree, and reaffirm the terms of that document. As such, neither alliance shall take military action or engage in active espionage against the other; similarly, no financial or military aid may be rendered by either alliance to any party committing hostile action against the other.

Article II:
Signatories agree to defend one another should either alliance be attacked. In the event a signatory chooses to initiate conflict, for whatever reason, signatories may assist in whatever form of action they deem necessary. Such assistance is not automatically granted, and does not in any way affect the standing of the treaty.

Article III:
Recognizing that information can be the most potent of weapons, both alliances shall coordinate all efforts in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence about both the greater world around them and potential breaches of security within their own ranks. All information learned through this combined effort shall be shared between the leaders and, if mutual security permits, the members of both alliances.

Article IV:
To promote mutual cooperation and prosperity, the forums of each alliance shall be opened up to select members of the other, with the intent of expanding shared access to a larger portion of the combined membership. While not allowed complete access in the interests of security, the visiting members will be granted more in-depth access than general diplomats or foreign visitors.

Article V:
Member nations are strongly encouraged and are expected to provide aid, based upon need and the best potential for development, between both alliances. The governments of the signatory alliances are expected to promote this kind of cooperation and encourage their member nations to get involved in it. The government of each alliance will set procedures to deal with refusals for this kind of cooperation.

Conclusion:
Looking to the future together, the leadership of the Legion and the Orange Defense Network do hereby sign this document and declare it law.

An Alliance between the Orange Defense Network and the Legion

Preamble
Understanding and committing to both continued prosperity and development, the Legion and the Orange Defense Network, their member nations, and leadership, enter into this decree with one another, in the knowledge that it shall provide for long lasting prosperity, protection, and growth of each of our organizations.

Article I: General Terms
This alliance, formally titled “The Citrus/Concord Decree” will be in effect from the moment of signing and unto perpetuity unless either side terminates said agreement or acts in violation of the following terms: neither signatory shall participate in military action against the other, neither signatory shall lend financial aid to an alliance or nation engaged in military action against the other, neither signatory shall participate in espionage against the other. If either alliance terminates this agreement they will give notice to the other signatory at least five days in advance.

Article II: Discrete Protection
Both the Orange Defense Network and the Legion understand the need for discrete protection as a means of safeguarding the rights and security of all member nations. With that mutual understanding, both signatories agree to share intelligence that is determined to be unfavorable to the well being of the other alliance, or one of its member nations. The sharing of any and all information shall be processed through secure formal diplomatic channels.

Article III: Formal Assistance
This decree will function as a predetermined endorsement for both organizations to formally request assistance from the other during times of war and peace. Such requests are automatically granted under the terms of this treaty. Assistance may include but not be limited to military and financial. Each signatory has the discretion as to the amount of assistance given. The leadership of both signatories has the option of assigning advisors to the other signatory to be used as needed for unspecified amounts of time.
