I am a very new alliance (created today). I was the Grand Commissar of the Socialistic Empire, but I felt that it was time to leave. I would like a Protectorate Pact with your alliance.

I'd approve, but not official approver. You might have to wait a while so that our Leaders can decided. On the mean time, you can ask for more Protectorate treaties with other Alliances.

So far I've got one protectorate, not sure if I need much more. I'm going to try to get UPN to sign one. I'm going to try to sign ToA's and MdOAP's with all major purple alliances.
