On a Very Frigid December morning, after observing less than adequate measures taken by the Ministry of Economics, the Vast Financial Database was created as a secretive organization dedicated to preserving the Vital, Factual, Doctrines of finance. Heading the Voluminous Finance Depot which was the Vast Financial Database, The Arbiter proclaimed himself the Veteran Financial Despot (as can be seen in his user title that hasn't changed since that day).

You may have also noticed other "Legionnaires" wearing VFD usertitles as well. Our Proconsul wears one to this day.

So, enough history, let's take a look at the people who were or are involved in VFD:

VFD has slowly but surely integrated itself into Legion government.

The Volunteer Finance Department hereby declares an immediate removal of Hubb from the Office of Imperator and an immediate appointment of Watcher without vote.

You will be seeing some changes around here.

And so, on this April Fools day, 2010, VFD has initiated the final stage of its Articles and the Legion Charter has been overridden.
