The democratic race is winding to a close. With Barack Obama securing enough delegates, it seems clear that he will be the democratic nominee for President of the United States. Today, Clinton's campaign manager announced that she would hold an event to thank her supporters on Saturday & officially endorse Barack Obama. One chapter has ended and so another begins.

Well, im happy for Obama. I was cheering for him all this time, even in other parts of the world they really like him. I will be so surprise if he actually becomes the president, sience the Kentucky election prove to me one thing, The Corenell was a racist.

Other parts of the world do happen to = Iran. It needed saying. I wonder if Hillary will agree to be Obama's VP candidate, though. Some people think it's a good idea, but I'm not so sure...

I don't believe Hilary would be a good VP... especially with how many of her friends ended up dead during her husband's presidency...
Suicide by two shots to the temple...

I don't think Hillary would be the best VP right now, either, (John Edwards would be the ideal candidate, I think, although Obama probably already has South Carolina) but please don't tell me you subscribe to those right wing conspiracy theories..!
I assume you're talking about the death of Vince Foster, which the Whitewater investigation tried to prove was an administration assassination and cover-up.
Let's see, the guy was clinically depressed, taking sleeping pills (I had a roommate in college who attempted suicide with sleeping pills), was found in a park with a single gunshot to his mouth (independantly verified multiple times), and wrote a suicide note that said nothing but positive things about Bill and Hillary and decried all of the desperate right-wing attempts to smear the Clinton Administration. In 2002, the Whitewater investigation ruled that the Clintons were not guilty of murder.
Please tell me you're talking about a different case that I'm somehow not aware of!

Be careful what you wish for. There are rumors that there are videos of McCain when he was a POW denouncing the US and cavorting with his captors. I personally don't believe it and you don't hear me wishing it so...

o/ Obama!
I wouldn't want Clinton as VP, but if thats what it takes to win....then I can deal. Id rather win then have another Republican. Although, I do like McCain to a point. Seems like a decent dude.
And for the tapes....unless I see (either of them), I won't believe it. I don't want rumors swaying opinions.

If Obama wants a vp telling him how to tie his shoes, what shirt to wear, how to look formal, and what to say then Hillary is the best one there is.
If Obama wants a vp that goes out with him to nightclubs, stripclubs, taverns and bars. Then Bill is the best one there is.
If Obama wants a vp who bores him to death, and talk about the enviroment, and the effects of global warming, then Gore is the best one there is.
