Yes. Fable I, awesome game, made my person super evil, had 3 wives, 2 means ones and one nice one, she kept on saying things that made me think she was pregnant. I was also really poor/rich, its fluctuated alot, I owned a business and had 3 houses, but not much real cash.

I also had a really evil character, he has been widowed 61 times, as I had a bride in nearly ever town in the game, and when I would get bored I would just raid towns and females get in the way.. And for the mass of my money, I did the trophy glitch/thing with houses :D

I've played Fable I: The Lost chapters. I was a good character and I believe I had a wife in each town. I haven't played Fable II simply because I heard it wasn't as good as the first one ergo I didn't really want to spend the money on buying it. Does anybody care to rebuke that statement about Fable II? :P

It's actually really good. I had the same thoughts as you. The 2 player is a little choppy. But totally worth the purchase. Even the guns which I thought would ruin the game actually made it way cooler.

I've played Fable 1 & 2, I've enjoyed them. I wish that they did have more depth in terms of story and gameplay mechanics but I consider them better RPGs than the Elder Scroll series.

Elder Scrolls keeps me playing and playing and playing as the worlds are very huge. Fable does not, and thus the bored rampages through towns.

Never could get into Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, didn't like it. I played Fable I and II with immense pleasure however. It did get boring once the main story was done, at least in Fable I if you were good and ditched the sword of aeons then all the bad guys vanished from the world or some BS like that so the only people you could fight was guards. I usually would go destroy a town and then just turn off my xbox without saving so I wouldnt wreck my goodness level. I played through twice or maybe even 3 times on Fable I. First time I kept the sword, second time I ditched the sword. I remember my second character being a ton stronger than my first one. And then Fable II was just once though and I sold it, it was good, but the final battle sucked ass. No it beyond sucked ass. I went around making money and buying the master weapons and everything to get ready for some epic battle in Lord Lucians castle, and I show up there, he starts some speech, and I whip out my master turret rifle thinking "fuck talking I wanna kick some ass" and it goes into that zoom in slow-mo thing as the bullets hit him and he falls off the cliff into whatever abyss river thing and I'm like "WTF". I go back to my last save and do it again and wait out through the speech thinking I screwed something up, after 5 minutes of pontificating, Reaver just whips out his pistol and shoots him. LAME (although Reaver was a BAMF)
