I'm planning on being a slaver working for paradise falls, eventually making my own sect within the slavery business (i like to roleplay)... i've gotten too much good karma, will i get negative karma if i put the slave collars on anybody except raiders? like if i put it on Red, will i get -50 karma? or what?

Hi, Fallout 3 geek here :)

Slaving people (doesn't matter who) is always an evil act and if you do it correctly, you will become the bane of the Capital Wasteland in no time. See, I can't give you a time frame for how long this would take because they don't have actual number values for deeds done in the game. The best thing people can do is guess with relativity like "murdering someone is evil, and stealing something is evil. However, stealing is the lesser of two evils so it will require a lot of stealing to equal one murder." Do you see what I mean? Enslaving someone is equal to two murders of neutral people, I believe. No go have fun :D

Well, I don't know how much it drops, but it will drop. But it's nothing a few donations to a church can't fix :P

yeah... i'm trying to keep this dude neutral then later go towards evil (as i said, roleplaying) but to badbrownies, there is a numerical value that can only be access from the PC (i got 360) but i've heard 200 hundred and i've heard 50. Thanks guys.
