Yes, it is completely redundant due to the Poseidon MDoAP bloc, but who doesn't like another treaty to fill up the OWF? The Purple Brothers Treaty
ARTICLE I - Mutual Friendship
Both Legion and Invicta agree to not flame, bait or insult each other - be it in a public or private venue - but rather act in a respectful manner, even if the other party may have offended them in any way.
ARTICLE II - Intelligence
Both signatories agree to share any intelligence they have obtained and that could prove useful or vital to the other. Helping one another in counter-espionage is vital to ensure the safety of both signatories, therefore Legion and Invicta will do everything possible to protect their partner from espionage. If either signatory alliance collects intelligence regarding a security breach or a credible threat concerning the other signatory alliance, the acquiring signatory alliance will convey all pertinent information in their possession to the other signatory alliance. However, information provided by third parties, which are bound to one of the signatories by other agreements and have declared said information as "confidential", cannot be shared without explicit permission of these third parties.
ARTICLE III - Non-Aggression
Both signatories agree to not, under any circumstances, attack any member of the other party. Should a member launch an attack on a signatory, the offender's alliance is responsible for stopping the attacks immediately and providing adequate reparations.
ARTICLE IV - Mutual Defense
Should any of the signatories come under the attack of any third party, they may request assistance by the other signatory to repel said attack. Both signatories must obey said request for assistance with financial aid and/or military action.
ARTICLE V - Optional Mutual Aggression
Both signatories may request the other to jointly enter a war with any third party or request funding for said war. Following the request is, however, purely optional.
ARTICLE VI - Cancellation
If a signatory decides to cancel this agreement, they must give the other party 72 hours notice prior to the official cancellation. During the 72 hour time period, all clauses of this treaty continue in full effect.

The IRON Legion Accords
Preamble:
We, the representatives of the undersigned allied nations of Planet Bob, in order to form a stable organization, ensure peace and security, and extend a sphere of benevolent influence among the other nations of the world, do hereby establish this mutual treaty of military and fiscal aid.
Article I: Mutual Defense
Any declaration of war upon a member of either signatory is considered an act of aggression to the undersigned signatories. Peace will only be offered through mutual consent of the alliances represented by the undersigned. Diplomatic channels will remain open to ensure that all signatories are aware of any potential threats developing to either alliances' safety. In the event either signatory declares war via activation of an optional clause from another treaty, and therefore requests the other signatory's assistance after coming under attack, the mandatory defense is then considered optional defense.
Article II: Optional Aggression
Neither alliance is obliged to partake in assistance in offensive wars, all military or monetary support is strictly to be decided by each sovereign alliance, yet both are encouraged to support each other when needed.
Article III: Intelligence
In signing this treaty, both parties agree not to conduct any form of espionage on the other. Should the signatory alliances discover any intelligence that would expose a plot by a party hostile to either signatory, then it is their duty to hand over such evidence to ensure the peace and prosperity of the signatories.
Article IV: Termination
This treaty shall only be terminated if either undersigned alliance chooses to exit this treaty or if Article III is found to be violated by a member alliance. If one of the undersigned chooses to terminate this pact, they must give 48 hours notice before the treaty is officially dissolved in which they remain fully bonded to the provisions contained therein.

It would have been so easy for Legion, back in early 2007 to have been unpleasant to UPN and to have tried to maintain their hegemony on the Purple sphere, but they simply never did and welcomed us from day 1. In return we like to think we freely offered our hand in friendship.
Our MDoAP is a an old one, with an unclear treaty text. Not that that really matters as we both know what the spirit of the text is. However in this re-affirmation of our friendship we have used it as an opportunity for a bit of an update. I present to you our new improved treaty!

Preamble
By signing this document, all the signatory alliances agree to the articles stated below and enter into this agreement with full knowledge of its contents.
Article I - Article of Non-Aggression
Neither alliance shall engage in hostile actions against the other. Hostile actions are defined as assaults, declarations of war and acts of espionage. Both alliances also agree to not engage in hostile actions against any alliance that either alliance are obliged to defend, unless they are doing so due to a mandatory outside treaty.
Article II – Article of Intelligence & Communication
Both alliances will share any intelligence that it to the benefit of the other alliances wellbeing.
Article III - Article of Mutual Defense
Direct Defense) If either alliance comes under attack whilst not at war the other will declare war upon the aggressor
Chaining Defense) If either alliance comes under attack due to being at war for fulfilling a mandatory outside treaty obligation then the other will declare war upon the aggressor
Article IV – Article of Optional Aggression
Aggression) If either alliance declares war then the other alliance has the option to also declare war on the same target.
Aggressive Defense) If either alliance gets attacked due to starting a war and not having a mandatory outside treaty obligation to start that war then the other alliance has the option to defend them.
Article V - Article of Withdrawal
120 hours of notice must be given to the other alliance before Article II, II & IV can be dissolved. After this period Article I remains in place for another 30 days.
Signatures-
The signatures below immediately enter this document as alliance law and materialize the good relations that exists between the alliances that have signed below. Once entered into law, it shall remain there until it is dissolved through the process detailed in Article V
